To approve as a correct record the minutes of the meeting held on 12^th November 2020.

An application for the appointment of a Community Representative has been received.

It is recommended that the Sutton Local Committee appoint Jake Carruthers to represent Sutton Churches Tennis Club on the Local Committee.

To consider any items which, in the view of the Chair, should be dealt with as a matter of urgency because of special circumstances (in accordance with S100B(4) of the Local Government Act 1972).

Presentation from Dr Imran Choudhury, Director of Public Health, and Nadine Wyatt, NHS South West London Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), to provide an update on the COVID-19 situation in the area and the excellent work that Sutton Health Champions have done in response.

This item is an opportunity for members of the public to raise points or questions about local issues that are not already on the agenda.

The launch of a new public consultation of the council's Sustainable Transport Strategy started in January 2021. Residents are encouraged to take part and have their say on the future direction of the strategy.

An update will be provided to the Local Committee on the Climate Emergency following feedback provided by the committee in 2020.

This time the spotlight will be on the relaunch of local friends groups, Friends of Rosehill Parks and Friends of Sutton Green, and the great work they are doing in the community.

The Locality Lead Officer to deliver a report on the Public Realm budget, introduce new schemes for consideration by the committee and remind committee members of new Neighbourhood Grant schemes agreed through a delegated decision.

The next meeting of the Sutton Local Committee will take place on 27 May 2021.
