Update from the Safer Neighbourhood Team

An update from Sergeant Nicholas Miles on the three ward priorities in the area and community safety issues.

Appointment of Community Rep

An application for the appointment of a Community Representative has been received.

 

It is recommended that the Sutton South Cheam and Belmont Local committee appoint Amie Stace to represent Sutton Neighbourhood Watch, and to appoint Lisa Webster as substitute representative on the local committee.

An update will be provided by Nicola Upton from Age UK, to the committee with information on the services Age UK provide to the elderly and answer questions about their programmes.

Parking Update

A verbal update will be provided from Mark Johnson Highways Officer on the Parking Strategy.

10.

Sutton Council Customer Access Strategy pdf icon PDF 1 MB

Rebecca Peck, Head of Customer Experience, will provide a presentation to the committee with information on the Councils online services for customers.

11.

Public Realm Projects and Neighbourhood Grants pdf icon PDF 124 KB

Locality Lead Officer, Chantelle Swaby, to deliver a report on the Public Realm budget, introduce new schemes for consideration by the Committee and to provide a presentation on a few recently completed Neighbourhood Grant Schemes.
