Appointment of New Community Representative

The committee were advised that two applications for the appointment of a new Community Representatives had been received.

 

It was recommended that the Carshalton and Clockhouse Local Committee appoint Rebeccca MacKenzie to be appointed as Community Representative for Carshalton Traders with Clare Callahan as substitute

 

It was also recommended that the Carshalton and Clockhouse Local Committee appoint Robert Davies as substitute for Woodstock Road Residents Association on this local committee.

Duncan Clarke, Strategic Planning Manager, to provide a verbal update to the committee.

Lynne Brown, Acting Head of Service Adult Social Care, to provide a verbal  update to the committee on Adult Social Care support in Sutton.

Local Implementation Plan (LIP) pdf icon PDF 129 KB

Hitesh Wadher, Senior Professional Engineer, will present a report on the 2020/21 transport schemes to be agreed. This report outlines the proposed schemes for inclusion in the 2020/21 bid to Transport for London (TfL) in the Carshalton and Clockhouse Area. These schemes will be included along with other schemes from the five other local committees to form the Borough’s annual submission.

Neighbourhood Grants

Various community groups will provide a verbal update to the committee with information on the successful projects funded in 2018/19.

The Locality Lead Officer will present a report to the Committee, This report contains information on Public Realm spending since April 2019, details any new requests for Public Realm funding and confirms the available budgets for 2019/20.
