Procurement and future delivery of Primary and Special School Catering Contract

The current primary and special school catering contract is due to expire on the 31st August 2020. This report seeks approval from committee for the council procure and manage a new contract for the provision of a schools meals service on behalf of the schools wishing to participate.

The report also requests delegated authority to be given to the Strategic Director of People to award any contract following a successful procurement process.
